I am an Educational Psychologist trained in psycho-educational assessments, psychotherapy, and career counselling. I am passionate about neurodiversity advocacy and strive to help individuals unlock their potential to thrive in both educational and personal contexts.

 

With a keen focus on therapeutic work, I support the processing of stressors and/or trauma while fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, flexible thinking, and problem-solving. I also provide tailored support for neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD and AuDHD.

 

My approach is collaborative and creative, prioritising each individual’s unique needs and strengths.
